Terms of Service

Last updated October 20, 2026

1. What you can buy

pinkyussp sells digital downloads, such as Windows cursor sets. Nothing is shipped. After payment you receive a download link by email from our checkout provider, Creem.io.

2. Who you are buying from

Payments are processed by Creem.io. It handles the checkout, receipts and tax. Your purchase is also subject to Creem.io's own terms, which apply alongside these.

3. How you may use the files

When you buy a set, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use it on your own computer(s). You may not:

Each set may have its own licence from its original artist. Where the set's creator has stated terms (for example, "free for personal use" for the Hornet set), those terms also apply.

4. Unofficial fan art

Some sets are fan-made and are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the rights holders of the characters or games they're inspired by. For example, the Hornet set is not affiliated with Team Cherry. All names, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Refunds

Because the files are digital, sales are generally final once the download has been delivered. If a file is missing, broken or doesn't match its description, email message@lannna.ca within 14 days of purchase and we'll sort it out, usually by re-sending the file or issuing a refund.

6. No warranty

Cursor sets are provided as they are. We try to make sure they work on current versions of Windows, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every system, theme or other software.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to purchases made after they're posted.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
