This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this site, buy something, or contact us, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
- Purchase details: when you buy a set, our checkout provider, Creem.io, collects your name, email address, billing details and payment information. We receive only what we need to deliver your download and send you a receipt, such as your name, email address and order ID.
- Messages: if you email us, we keep your address and the contents of the message so we can reply and help with your order.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect payment card numbers ourselves.
2. How we use it
- to deliver the files you bought and answer questions about your order;
- to reply to messages you send us;
- to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
3. Who else handles it
Creem.io processes payments and stores order records. Each provider's own privacy policy describes how it handles that data. Our site is hosted by a web hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and the pages requested) for security and reliability.
4. Cookies
This site doesn't use cookies for advertising or tracking. Your browser may store small technical items needed for the page to work, and the checkout provider's may set its own cookies when you pay.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order and message records for as long as needed to support your purchase and meet legal requirements, then delete them.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons. Email message@lannna.ca and we'll respond. You can also contact Creem.io directly about the information they hold.
7. Children
This shop isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the most recent change.
